Bob the salesman was nothing but great vibes. very calm and went above and beyond.
The truck we bought was perfect but the salesman was pushy, hovering and insistent the truck was perfect regardless of us wanting to look more in depth on it. They didn’t bother to mention there was no keys for the locks in the truck bed and their attempts to get scratches out of the body was horrible. I tried to contact a manager about the truck bed locks and a wheel lock and was ignored. They promised to fix an item on the truck and upon delivery it wasn’t done so I have to take it back once the part is in to fix it.
Where dreams come true. They have a really good financing program awesome sales team. Very strong management very Impressed. Had the best financing experience in by in a car. 👍👍
HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Their team is responsive, polite, down to earth, and all want to make the process as easy as possible. Buying a car is stressful. Lakewood Ford made it feel like an oil change. They gave me a fat discount, full tank, and lifetime warranty. Super awesome to deal with, shoutout to Elisha for being an absolute babe and helping facilitate everything and shoutout to Patrick for being a real G and hooking me up on my Jeep dreams.
LIARS!!! TOLD MY SON HE WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN THEN AFTER A FEW DAYS OF HIM HAVING HIS CAR AND DRIVING IT AROUND YOU CALL AND SAY HE WASN'T.....LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR FRICKEN JOBS! IDIOTS!! THIS IS WHY EVERYBODY HATES CAR SALES PEOPLE!!!

I had a new tire replaced in a timely manner and the price was the same if I had purchased it some were else.
