RecommendedAt the end of the day, I needed to fix a broken brake light. I called Lakewood Ford and asked if there was a possibility to check my brake lights. The mechanics were leaving in a half hour. I was welcomed to bring my vehicle into their shop. I stopped in and within minutes, the broken lights were replaced. They handed me my keys. I went to the customer service desk to pay and the staff said, "No charge. We just take care of those things for our customers." 😀
They have reasonable charges, good workers and they keep you informed all the way through the process.
Our experience was great! Jerry was great to work with and he had all the answers. No run around and straight up. Very much appreciated. Finance guy was great as well. Thank you for all that you did today to make things happen. I will definitely recommend Lakewood Ford.

Staff did not converge like buzzards looking for their next meal, no pressuring. Asked questions to see what we were interested in and gave options without being pushy. Very accommodating throughout the process. Elisha was great, totally recommend her.
First I would like to thank my sales person Elisha Roberson. I have purchased many vehicles in my life. Both new and used. However I have never felt at ease more, then with the interaction I had with Elisha and Lakewood Ford. No pressure sales. She took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for.
