My husband and I went to look at cars yesterday and ended up leaving with a Ford Edge. This has been the best experience we've ever had car shopping thanks to Don Buesen. He was very attentive and get a great job helping us get the car that was right for our family.
Lake wood ford is the biggest shadiest dealership I’ve ever met in my life. I saved up money for 3 years to buy my family a nice safe vehicle. A 2008 Ford Expedition. Limited edition. Instead what I got was ripped off for thousands of dollars. The dealer tried to sell me drugs. And the truck I spent my hard earned money on. And still owe ten grand on. Ian is awesome. He is so knowledgeable about the whole automotive industry. Certainly biased toward Ford, but passionate about the product he sells. His advise was welcomed and valuable.
