Rick was very patient and went the extra mile for us. He even walked us through the use of the Bluetooth. He found the car we wanted and drove over and got it from their sister dealership.
My F150 had a check engine light. Code reader stated #1 cyl misfire. Korum Ford could not see me for several days, and I need the truck to pull our trailer on Tuesday. So I thought I would give them a shot. I dropped it off at 7am on Monday. Nice shop, and representative was polite. Repair work was completed that day. The negative was the cost. One coil, 6 plugs and boots, then Labor came out to $650. But it was fixed the first time with no take it back because of some issue such as what has happen at Korum.
I've had my Ford Focus for 2 years now. I bought it brand new. The sales department is very professional and very kind. I live about 30 miles away from Lakewood Ford, and I ALWAYS make the drive to get my service done. The service department is wonderful. I usually always end up having Mike Dale. He's awesome. They always do an exceptional job with my oil changes and any other issue that has come up with my car.
