(UPDATE) The Lakewood Ford main store general manager called me a few different times about the issues I was having. He assured me he would contact the credit agencies and have the issue fixed. He called me again today 2 Nov and informed me that he spoke to the agencies and that the inquiry would be in 72hrs or so. Super slow oil change service. Over 2 hrs to get it done
My tire pressure indicator light came on. Took it to the dealership and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
