The service department here is excellent. Mickie and Jim are great to work with. They kept us in the loop at all times when my husband's car was being fixed. They are true professionals and always go out of their way to try and help the customer.
We bought our focus from Lakewood Ford in 2012. We went back and bought another car from them! I called them and spoke with them about how we have a baby who doesn't like the car and we didn't want to drive 45 mins there, sit there for several hours waiting, and a 45 min drive home. They understood and were very accommodating to our situation. I also have to give a shoutout to Casadaro, he set me up in their break room so I could feed my daughter and he showed my son a couple of features on the creat a truck display!
Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Brian the sales rep should be fired.
I took my new car in by tow truck after it broke down three days after leaving shop and was leaking gas from tank. Service employee Justin told me I was lying that my car had had gas put into it 5 minutes prior to breaking down and that I was just out of gas. I told him I tried putting more gas in and four other people including tow truck driving watched as all gas poured out of the bottom of my car. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion, great gas mileage. I have been averaging 46 mpg!!! I am very happy with my purchase.

5 stars in parts department. A department not recognized enough. Dave always has the best attitude, smile on his face and is willing to do what he can to get you what you need. Thank you parts department for always second to none service.
