Lakewood Ford was excellent to work with and the staff was very accommodating. The process of buying a car was made easy from start to finish and we were very happy that there were no unexpected expenses. Dominique was the best. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. It has been 3 months and we are still very happy with our car and overall experience.

I got onto the Lakewood Ford website to look at cars (I was at work haha obviously not working) because I needed to get a new car because of some life situations that had come up and I got ahold of Dom about the car that I wanted to look at (again while I was at work), and he sent me a virtual video of the car and I fell in love, we went through all the financial stuff (once again while I was at work) and by the time I got off ii had a new car. Will Never Set foot in this Store Again, Turned and Burned By New Service Writer on an On going Wiper Issue on My 2015 Escape with 5,500 Miles on it!! Former Writer Had Painstakingly Documented for 5 Months!!
