I have a 04 excursion with yes ford's best diesel ever made 6.0 I set up an appointment because the EGR and oil cooler went out in it .how do I know this you ask because it's the 3rd time in 4 1/2 years so we decided to wait on repairs thinking about trading in as is . I had to pay the 181.00 for them to tell me it needed a EGR and oil cooler thanks
Service Dept does not hold true to their word. Very unfortunate.
This place has gone above the call of duty for my hubby and I. Ever since we got our truck a little over three weeks ago we have had issues and they took care of everything plus us.
