Love these guys. We bought an F-150 truck with the help of Rick Bauer. He did a great job and the process was super easy. Just went in for our first oil change and Rick personally walked us into the service department to schedule the appointment. When we brought it back for the appointment we sat in their comfortable lounge using their wifi to catch up on a few work things. Thank you Lakewood Ford,and Rick Bauer, for a great experience so far!
Every time we take a vehicle in for service, the customer service is horrid. Called to check on a vehicle today and was bounced between the receptionist and service dept. 5 times and took 20 minutes to get an answer. We've been told multiple times that the part for the repair was in, then it wasn't, then it would arrive in a few days and now is supposedly in again. I've never had a bad experience taking my vehicle in for servicing. I've always had great service with reasonable rates! My only negative is the wait can sometimes be excessive to me.
Good customer service, on point with the shuttle...little pricey but what dealership isn't?
EVERY TIME I go in for a service for my Ford Fusion , I'm greeted (by greet, i mean there's 3 people at computers, but none of them look up when they hear the door shut or me saying, "who should i speak with about my appointment?") by people that obviously hate their job, and are irritated they have to talk to customers. I scheduled my oil change a week prior, so all that any one of these people would have to do is take my name down and send me to the waiting room, but apparently "someone else will be with you...im busy". They have taken good care of me and both our vehicles. My F-150 and the escape. I would recommend if you like Ford, this is where you should go.
Super excited that I went to a different dealership to buy my truck. In the service department with a work vehicle and the service department is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Don't recommend it, don't recommend anything about them.
We love our car!! It is beautiful and meets our needs perfectly. We agreed on a price over the phone and they didn't try to change it once. Well, I suppose they did BUT it was because the sales man found the same car in a different color to save us a few hundred dollars. They have been wonderful to work with!
If you go talk to Dominique he was awesome! We had some car issues and even though he is not in the service department he went out of his was to check if we had a extended warranty for our truck and then followed up with us after our truck was fixed to make sure we are ok. When we are ready for our next car we are going back to ford because of him!
