Beware!! Be totally aware of all that happens in sales and especially in the finance department. If your not paying attention, lucky we were, you sign for much higher cost and rates. Service department is the worse. So many mistakes. We remained loyal though all the way up to the time they did not stand behind their word and work we had done there. We had the pleasure of working with Caleb and he is amazing. So energetic, positive, knowledgeable, and approachable. We bought a 2018 Ford Explorer and it was the least stressful car buying experience we ever had. They made it nice and quick! Definite recommend!
I've had my car for a number of years and want to have it forever. When my husband took my car in to Lakewood Ford with an electrical problem and explained how I loved my car, the staff respected my feelings and did some searching to find the necessary replacement parts. My car was fixed and I am very happy.

My husband and I planned on just looking around because we didn't quite know what we were looking for and we ran into the nicest guy, Jon Buesen. He found us both vehicles that fit all our needs and oh my did he do all of the work for us!! He made the process SO EASY and so pleasurable! I DEFINITELY 100% recommend looking for him! We basically sat back the whole time and enjoyed hot cocoa!
My husband and I went in for the first time yesterday to just look around and we walked out with our perfect car! Alli Davis and the sales and finance team were wonderful! They helped us to get the best rate and made it so easy! Alli was so nice to work with and listened to exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Lakewood Ford!
