Excellent Customer service. Not pushy. The GAP and Service Warranty are refundable and transferable. Bob FIsh in the used section took ALL the time I needed to find the right truck ! My truck was washed, full tank of gas, repairs were made. Love dealing with local businesses.

Fantastic experience buying a new Mustang. Sales staff was very friendly and made no efforts to push us into a higher option package then we wanted. She took the time to show us all options, explain any unknowns, and help review various models available. Overall a very positive experience. My biggest complaint with this purchase was how unnecessarily complicated Ford makes there window stickers and options lists. They need to come up with a better way to compare different vehicles on the lot that help to clearify the differe... read more
