RecommendedFast friendly and matched the price I wanted. Will come back again.
Service department not very organized. Could not locate my appointment record and provide no apology for losing it. Recommended coming back another day as their only option. Also informed me that their online appointment system is "hit or miss". So why have it? Ray's auto center is way more accommodating and I highly recommend.
Was given a quote of $855 after a diagnostic to fix my vehicle, only to later get a phone call that after further inspection that it was actually going to be $7,000 after they found a new issue. I told them that was too much and I'd take it elsewhere. Upon picking up my truck they still charged me $350 for not fixing it (and that's after a "military discount"). Then to add insult to injury, trash was left in it (empty coffee cups and water bottles). Will never use them again and discourage any one else from doing so.
They worked with me and got me everything I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

check engine light , no one took me to my carcorvshowed me where it was parked. i was told id be charged 100 deductible for a factory recall part. i was treaked very rudely by the old grey headed n bearded man. still upset today n this was last week , I called the customer care # for Ford n filled a complaint.
We purchased a 2018 F150 brand new less then a year ago .It has been in the shop more then four times and the engine is now being completely replaced for the second time and they say that they don’t even know if that the problem.We were told by management to come in and they would take care of us and get us out of that truck ..instead they tried to sell us a truck with a payment increase of more then $300 ..How is that taking care of your customers ?We were loyal ford customer and have not given any bad reviews or complaints... read more
