Awesome experience. Erik was super friendly and helpful during all of our purchases in the last 2 months. We have now bought 3 vehicles from him and will continue to do business here!!
They got me in early (7:30am), and I was out by 8:30am. Oil change and an all systems check. The price was fair. The staff was polite and helpful. I was very pleased.

If you’re dealing with Greg things will be a lot smoother. The first day I arrived to look at the truck I knew they had recently taken it in but it was filthy. Greg took care of this issue and arranged for it to be ready the following day on his day off. Unfortunately the dealership screwed up the payoff for my trade in and they sent me out lot with the warning light on Empty for the diesel. Greg again took care of it and sent us a gift card. Communication is good. Waiting room is great. Staff are not very pleasant at times. 2.5 hours for an oil change bit much.
No inventory and no help. We walked the lot for 15mins, there was a group of 5 or 6 salesmen standing near the front door but they just watched. Onto the next Ford dealership!
