The service department is horrible.I find a piece hanging from my radiator and I was treated as if I did it intentionally by modifying my grill even though it's obviously still factory. They did not enter this into their system the first time I brought it up and tried to say it was outside the warranty. Sold us an expensive death trap We bought used car in January. Within 2 days a faulty ignition switch would dangerously cut out while on the road (That same ignition issue that killed 124 people). We returned the vehicle, and asked if we could have our trade in back while they worked on the car. The salesman claimed the trade in "Was already crushed at the wrecker", which seemed dubious since it had only been a few days. Poor communication skills by individual that was assigned to help me. I had to ask when called about the car being ready what was found out about the issues and if they had been fixed or not, causes etc. The hours posted on all signs and doors for the service department show 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. I showed up at 6:00 pm to pick up my vehicle and they were closed. I live in Lacey and had to drive back up the following day. They also claimed my oil looked really bad and needed to be changed. Called Jerry Salinas for a last minute oil change on my Ford F-150. Best. Costumer. Service...EVER! And cheap. I was paying $125.00 for an oil change on my Jeep. Will not disclose how much I paid at Ford, but it was NOT $125.00! 30 minutes in and out. Thank you guys!

spent two weeks giving them ample time to finish financing. with a $1500.00 downpayment and gave them every proof of income I had including my quarterly taxes, but it "was not enough" after several threats to take the vehicle back. I just went to my bank (that I asked them to use) and took care of my own financing. it worked out in my favor, because I ended up with a 3% loan instead of a 16% loan.
