I had to wait 3.5 hours to wash My car .. when I protested the wait they tell me they forgot My turn and washed it in 5 minutes and it was well stained when handed it to me
One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! It was raining when we got there so the cars I wanted to see Brad pulled them into the service bay so we wouldn’t get wet. They were not pushy, not rude and were very pleasant to work with. My car purchase was worth the 2 hour drive one way.

Service is sub par at best. It’s almost impossible to get in direct touch with the service manager. You will always get the run around when trying to get issues resolved, and this is on a brand new car. Do not even think about purchasing their extra service plan that covers you for your first couple oil changes and what not. They fail to mention that you can only receive these services, that you have already paid for (they write it into your loan) at their location.
