I had to bring my car in for service. My EPC light came on and my car started driving extremely rough and didn’t want to shift gears. The guys in the service department helped get me into a rental car to get me through the next days until my car could be repaired!! I appreciate the added effort!! Thank you!!

To be honest i should've been went there and bought a car along time ago. The best Experience ive ever had especially the guy that helped me (corey godden) through the whole process and very cool down to earth guy and i would reference anyone that was looking for a car go to him. Because he will make sure you get into a car.
We bought a 2018 beetle on April 2nd. The team at Lakeland were great to work with. Israel was amazing!
New policy supposedly they added didn't allow them to work on my ecm to reprogram it to my key the only option they gave me was to buy a new ecm at a cost of 3000$!! Went to another vw dealer and they helped me right away they couldn't believe that they couldn't help me terrible experience.
