We drove down from Orlando and purchased a Silk Blue 2017 Jetta SEL. The Internet sales department with Michelle was fantastic and Jeff, the salesman was professional and very helpful in assisting us with the process. I think the Lakeland VW has the best service department that I have ever seen. I bought my VW at another dealership but Lakeland still treats me like Gold. This is where I will buy my next car.
I found it to be a very positive experience. The staff were very professional. The establishment was very clean. They gave me free donuts and coffee. They told me about two recalls and those repairs were free. They replaced five light bulbs on my car that other auto repair shops couldn't do at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend it to all Volkswagen owners.
