Just finished a car experience with VW Lakeland that was an eye opener. Our new 2014 Torareg turned out to be a Lemon and it was replaced with new car. The four week experience is evidence that a product is only as good as the customer relations and during this time Lakeland VW was disappointing. In the four weeks our SUV was in their service department we were give a small loaner car to drive. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase of our 2014 Passat. We want to thank Mr. Mendez for spending so much time with us going over the vehicle, with no pressure. Also Jared in financing for making the deal happen in less than 30 minutes, so we could make it to pick up our boys from school.

Give false information on repair needs! Never take your VW here for repairs, complete lies!
They are NOT helpful and do not back up their products. VW stinks unless you want I buy a brand new one. We have never liked their service.
