Bought a 2005 beetle during the winter, that had a great heating system, but once the temperatures started rising, I realized that I was sold the car with out a working AC although when I asked when the last tune up was completed, they said it was taken care of recently. Then when I came to have my AC looked at there were no files on my vehicle, only the purchase. Very displeased.
Just purchased two Passats (that we love). Our salesmen were great....finance guys not so much. They don't seem to like it when you don't go with their lenders. Never even got a "thanks for your business." Perhaps they should come out of their office and be friendly to the people that keep them in business. Just a thought.
We went to Lakeland VW at the end of the day to look at a certified preowned vehicle I had seen online. I received a very friendly greeting immediately (not bombarded) and had a great experience with Trey and Jared. They stayed far past close to help us get the car and gave us a great deal. Had a positive experience here. Christina was beyond amazing. She was very kind and patient with us and had no problem answering all our questions and concerns even if that meant having to walk back and forth all over the dealer (sorry Christina). She was very attentive and did a fantastic job. Charles was also great in helping us get our car. They were both very patient with us and very respectful.
