I live in Tampa, and the VW dealers there can't hold a candle to the service and price, I received at Lakeland VW. Night and day difference people. The GM and Hiram went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Many thanks for making me feel like part of the family, and getting me into the Sel premium Passat, at a crazy low price!

Came to Lakeland VW several months ago for a complimentary car wash. It took 2 hours. Complained and they gave me a complimentary detail. We are now at 2 hours again. I think I'll pay $4 for a wash and vacuum it myself next time.
