Just had the worst used vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Stopped in this afternoon, cash in hand, to look at a couple of vehicles in their inventory. The sales rep (Dave Shepherd) gave me a very strange attitude from the first interaction, acting as if I was wasting his precious time on a busy (not) Sunday afternoon. We had a terrific experience buying our 2015 Golf TDI from Hiram. A true VW enthusiast, Hiram had excellent product knowledge and was very patient with us through every phase of the buying process. I tried to schedule service on my vehicle on Christmas Eve for 2016 Jetta, due to my air bag light coming on. Website said they were open till 5. I called in at 830 to see if I could bring it in or drop it off. Service representative said that they were think about leaving at 1 pm instead. I asked if I could drop it off, they said they would call me back . I’m still waiting for a phone call. I understand that it’s the holidays but I don’t feel safe driving my vehicle with the air bag light on.
