Jeff Havard was fantastic!! Never felt pressured and drove off the lot in a brand new Jetta SE! Lowered my monthly payment, got a great deal on my trade all in under 3 hours. Highly recommend you talk to these folks before you make a decision to get a new car or SUV.
Came in with a dead battery, left an hour later with a brand new one. Very efficient
Took our car in for a recall we had a chrome tag plate on the car going in and when we got at home there was no chrome tag plate on the car. Their technicians at the service department are a bunch of crooks and thieves I do not trust this volkswagon dealership anymore.
My wife had nothing but problems with this service department. Car was brought in for a service and to fix a sensor (all warning lights were coming on the dash) We were charged for the service, the sensor was warranty. Got the car back like 4 days later. Still have the issue with the warning lights coming on, oil is black and the "service engine now" light is still on. THEY LITERALLY DID NOTHING BUT WASH THE CAR. Yet we payed $350 dollars. My husband went up here in the middle of the day on his lunch. He is a director at a local company. It was a Friday he had cash in hand. He walked around , walked inside and no one spoke or offered to help him. I was shocked! In this day and age for a black man not to be even approached. We needed a second vehicle and he was ready to buy, literal cash in hand.
