The courtesy and professionalism of their staff is top notch.
What I came in for, an engine code after an Oxigen Sensor failure on my 2014 Passat TDI, they repaired in within 2 hours and I was out the door. That was awesome...
We went to several dealerships for various brands. We weren’t committed to any brand ahead of time. The low stress, attention, kindness, and patience of Lakeland VW is what led us to buy a new Atlas over other brand comparables.
Better and accurate communication of repair timeframe. Treat customers with respect and do not talk down to them and tell them incorrect information.
