When a 19 year old bought their first car the vehicle was brought in for “we owe” minor repairs the vehicle was in an accident while vehicle in their care custody and control. Now they are leaving their 19 yr old customer to hang in the wind. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the car has been in an accident and they have delayed filing a claim against their own insurance. We were die hard VW people before today. My wife and I went in to Lakeland VW today to see about replacing our R32 with a new Golf R. Our R32 was involved in a rear end collision and is probably a total loss We were trying to find our replacement. We tested out a new Alfa Romeo in Winterhaven. Before we made a decision we had to give VW a chance. We were told we could not test drive a Golf R. It's just like a GTI but a little better! Lol. That was their sales approach. I got thrown out of the dealer and was told that I would have the cops called on me if I went back all because I wanted to pay cash and not finiance.
