RecommendedDrove over 2 hours to buy a car here and I wasn’t disappointed. They had a GTI that was cheaper with less miles than the VW in gainesville (they didn’t want to lower their price lol). Michelle was very friendly and accommodating. Jared was awesome too. I can’t speak on behalf of their car service department but I recommend Lakelandif you’re looking for a car to buy!

Lakeland is where we found our Tiguan. It was a farther drive than Reeves for us but they were better on pricing and had better inventory. Hiram was our salesperson. He was excellent in explaining everything and really went out of his way for us. We're very happy with our experience and our purchase. Reeves was not as accommodating.
I suppose a bigger staff. But I honestly can’t think of anything. You guys were amazing. Michelle was fantastic.
Not take 2 weeks to fix my car then when received it back it still doesn't work! The service man said i could leave and it wasn't even fixed!!! I dont understand. I payed ALOT of $$$ and still they are repairing now.
Highly dissatisfied with this dealership and now Brandon Volkswagen has a new customer. I called Lakeland Volkswagen yesterday to schedule a service appointment. Instead of the rep asking me the issue I was experiencing or the service I needed done, his first question was if I purchased my vehicle from them. When I told him I didn’t, he blew his breath and immediately proceeded to tell me that it would be at least two weeks out for an appointment despite not even knowing what I needed to have serviced on my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they enjoy taking advantage of seniors my mom in her late 80s went there to get help on her car six months ago they said no problem two months ago they said no problem today that’s a problem and it’s always been a problem they talked her into getting all this stuff done and over $2000 later now they want $600 more to fix the problem they should’ve fix the first time go around bad bad service if you want a Volkswagen that bad go anywhere but there to buy it or service it
