So far with them having my van for 3 weeks putting transmission in not so good. Supposed to be fixed Tommorow I hope so 3 weeks is all the patience I have left, they put a second transmission in at 36k and now 3rd at 46k.

Very unhelpful, rude, and if car has problems they will not hep and give u the run around. My car has a defect and I’ve been trying to get them to fine it for 6 months and nothing has been done.

When I go up to the service center (4 times now) they don't seem to be clued in to why I'm there even though I call and make an appointment and they ask me over the phone what the problem is. And I sit there from 11:00 am til 3:00 pm for them to tell me they are about to start on it. Just needed to change a couple of filters. My appointment was at 11 they should've started at 11. If they start at 3 tell me to be there at 3. No need to waist half a day
