Absolutely Ridiculous, been trying to buy a Jeep for 2 days and finally come to terms yesterday pm. Today I’m supposed to pick up the Jeep and get a call this am saying it has hail damage, after financing and everything had been set up yesterday. Mind you This is a pre owned certified vehicle in which through two days of negotiating price, no mention of hail damage ever came up until today. Amazing experience buying our new truck today. Justin was amazing to work with and made the buying process so simple. I would recommend him as a salesman if you're looking to buy. He went out of his way to find exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was easy and the staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. This was our first experience with Lake Keowee but it not be our last.
