Recommended5 stars I took my mom there after my dad passed away to get a car. At no point did we feel pushed or pressured into anything. David Kristiansen..aka Big Boy.. was fantastic!! We went back and forth for a couple of days as it was a though decision for my mom. He truly made her feel completely at ease and went the extra mile to make sure she got exactly what she wanted for the deal she wanted. He truly made her feel like she was dealing with an old friend and not just another pushy salesman.

I bought a car three years ago from them . There was a recall on the vehicle and it was not fix nor was I made aware of the situation when i bought it. When i called the dealership about it today I was told when u buy a used car u get what u get from management . I will never buy another vehicle from them again cause they put my children,myself and my family in danger.
Last night I traveled from NC to Lake Keowee CJDR in Seneca SC just to look at a truck they had in their online inventory. I was aboyt in the market for a new truck about 50 / 50. I looked at the truck, ran some numbers with Mike Crowley my salesman and made the deal on the truck. I was in and out in my new ride in an hour and a half. No pressure was used and neither of my arms were twisted off to buy. Numbers were discussed and a deal was made. Do I recommend this dealership....hell yeah as well as the staff. Very impressed with David Johnson the service manager and Charles Thomas for their help today with my Jeep. They towed it and fixed it in a few hours. Being a single mother I needed to be able to pick up my kids and they put a rush on it! Highly recommend!!

Service Department is a complete cluster. Apt scheduled two weeks later I call to confirm and magically I am nowhere in the computer. Girl who scheduled was “no longer employees there”. Not my problem!! We can reschedule in 4 weeks unless you leave vehicle for 4-5 days. Can I get a loaner car??? Sorry, we have a waiting list and none available.
