Well, I'm not one to rant but here it goes. Lake Keowee Dodge in Seneca has completely destroyed my faith in competent people working in their service dept as well as their General manager Mark Williams. This is going to be LONG, but it's why I am now showing where NOT to go: I purchased my truck with them in Nov 16. The fender flares were coming off due to needing new 3m tape. Eddie sold me my charger in April and then shortly after moved to service dept. Had a "little" incident wit a couple of tires and a rim that were covered under the extra warranty he suggested. Turned out the rim and tire would need to be ordered. Not only did he handle warranty issues but he set me up with loaner wheels til my custom rim comes. He is amazing and an asset to Lake Keowee
The career center can do much more than these folks can. Useless is being conservative.

Was in the process of buying a car from them and they went and sold it right from under us, even tho they knew we were going to buy it and wanted to get the paper work started.

STAY AWAY!!!! If your looking for an overpriced wrecked vehicle with touch up paint this place is covered in them!!!! Worst car buying experience ever. Worst customer service ever.

This dealership is top notch! These guys went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the truck we were most comfortable with. They gave us suggestions and advice based on our needs, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on our new Ram, the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend, highly Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
Eddie was my sales guy and he was the man! It's been 2 months he still checks in on me. Service dept has been amazing as well! Definitely going back for our next vehicle.
They sell cars to people that have diseases that make them make rash decisions and then teach them to where to race. They even join in at some bridge between GA and SC so that they can't get caught. Poor business practice!!
