What's going on ?
Scheduled and appointment for a recall service - showed up and made myself comfortable in the waiting room. Thirty minutes later, my key is returned to me because they never ordered the parts for it.

My 79 year old mother forked out over 700.00 for a tune up on a 2010 car that had only 30,000 miles on it ! 500.00 was labor 200.00 was parts she was their alittle over an hour Does this seem right to you
Friendly and couteous staff. Worked with us to find the car my daughter wanted. Will recommend everyone to go there.
I have bought new cars before from different dealers, but this place was one of the worse experience. Wanted to trade car in. They didn't even look at the blue book value of the car. Wanted to give us way less then blue book. Told them before hand what payment range I wanted and tried to come back with payments that were to high. We were going back and forth on payments and then they said they couldn't do any better and we wouldn't find another dealer that could.
