This place sales lemons. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I had a terrible time here they sold me a lemon and even the manager said he would take care of me IF I JUST BY THE CAR. Please don't get suckered in like I did.

Well we are glad to have all your family members like a post that isn't true. First we fixed your problem. Second we went above and fixed what you thought was a problem and it wasn't but Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM still fixed it for $100 which was a quarter of what it cost to fix. Only when someone of your family came in claiming all kinds of crazy stuff and cursing my managers did I tell you to take it elsewhere. So always know that there are three sides to every story and there is ours. Happy 4th.

This company is the worse people to try to do business with. They will lie to you and they will work a deal and then sell the car right out from under you have you have made a deal. Never buy a car here.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!! The gentleman in the service area that would rather mutter under his breath to have a customer go somewhere else, rather than to take care of a vehicle that was sold from that dealership! When asked to have a call back by a manager and never receiving one, doesn't show good business in my opinion!!!! I hope that others that have bought lemons from this dealership are much luckier than my husband and I were!!
Called the dealership three times to ask the same question, and not one of them answered the question I had about the same car. They are rather rude on the phone, and once we arrived at the dealership, we had to hunt down a salesman. It appears nobody wanted to walk on the lot to answer my question from the phone, or walk on the lot to sell my husband and I a car. With another purchase, I just wanted to update my review. My son, wife, my business and I all drive vehicles from this dealership. We love our Durangos (2), Jeep Wrangler and 2500s (2). We had great experiences buying them and the services after the purchase have been a breeze. Highly recommend!... Overall great experience!
