Sold my wife a used 2014 dodge for $500 less than a new 2015 exact same model car. When i got home i was furious told her to take that one back and get the new one. When she did they didnt honor there own Internet price and charged her 1,600 more than the listed price and refused to change it. They upped the price on the net while she was in the store. So she showed the screen shot from less than 12 hours ago and they refused to make it right. Would never do business with them again.

I picked up my new Jeep Wrangler (and love it) on October 14, 2015. Since I am spending a lot of time at work, I paid the dealership to handle the paperwork and do the registration on my behalf. Fast forward almost four months, I still do not have plates (driving on dealer plates), but have heard every excuse in the book! The latest excuse is that they did not know they had to pay the tax at Oconee County before the DMV would release the plates! It started off as a very positive experience however I was told that I would get 2500.00 back on my trade in from a warranty and GAP refund however I did not because it was figured into my payoff. Once I found this out I was demanded to pay the dealership 3000.00 or bring the car back. So if they tell you to count on your refunds from a trade don't listen. I had a recall on my car. I made an appointment, and was told it would take 1 1/2 yo 2 hrs to fix. That was at 9am guess what it's almost 4pm, and I'm still waiting.
I'm sitting in the service DEPT with a 2015 dodge ram 2500 that was purchased in October and the back window is leaking like someone poured water all over the place. Very pissed right now.
Dakota helped us and was so nice! Everyone was very patient and friendly! LOVE my new renegade!!!
