We received calls 3 times to make an appointment & come and trade in our Ram 1500 - great incentives, 125% blue book, no money down, upgrade etc. We did what was required of us. They, however, went back on their word. So, our complaint isn't with our sales person, Joe (which was wonderful in every 6'11 way he could be), it's with the false pretenses that Lake Keowee expressed in luring us into it's poisonous grasp. My husband and I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Lake Keowee Chrysler. I cannot say enough great things about the service we received. Mark, Jake, Buddy, and Ricky Bobby were all super professional and very nice. Thank you guys!
I went there 2 days in a row for my windows leaking on my jeep, first day put new seals on, next day rain still flooded my floorboard. So I took it back. It's not my fault that you don't have time to do your job because the system was down. They gave me a bogus story to send me on my way. Not happy at all, my window still leaks and I guess I will have to go to another dealer to get it fixed because the technicians at Lake Keowee dodge don't do their job.
We had a great experience, our salesman Eddie Rogers was great he helped us get into the right vehicle with no pressure we got the blackout edition Dodge Journey SUV thank you Eddie we are definitely coming back and telling our family and friends
