I am very frustrated with the service at this dealership. My car has been serviced 3 times this summer and the problem has still not been repaired! The check engine light came on again today! That’s the FOURTH attempt at repair now.

I went to the dealership to look at a 2017 Ram Rebel that was listed for $36,111 and my salesman A. Smith was incredible. He went above and beyond, we started talking numbers and my original offer of $33k was turned down and the sales manager tells me they own the truck for more than $36K and it would never come down. I offered $35K and he said no again. Well 9 days later and the truck is listed for $35,333. Obviously the sales manager must have not been losing too much money if he can walk away from $35k cash! Service department is a joke had all my oil changes done there since new and this last oil change somebody decided to draw a inappropriate picture on my fuse box under the hood of my truck will for sure be paying them a visit tomorrow about this
My review is based on my purchase in 2015. I bought a used Ram 1500 from here that I still currently drive. The truck itself has been great. I worked with Mark who got me everything I wanted from price to interest rate. They stayed late to help me. I had to come back to finish the deal, this was on me not them.
