Bought a used truck here yesterday, and as a first time car buyer, the experience was more than I had expected. My salesman, Jeffery, did a fantastic job in getting me in the vehicle that I was looking to purchase, he knew exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process as easy as possible on me. Ended up walking away with the truck I was looking for at a fantastic price. The whole group did everything they could to have me driving my truck out that day, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Service department absolutely sucks.. bout a 2011 f150 from them and started having rear ended issues and the had a extended warranty on it, first time they band aided it saying it was okay the second time 2 weeks later they said that they couldn’t hear the issue. All this happened in March and April of this year and not even a month later and my truck is back down on me, they need to do better than this!!
need a deal with no bs? go see Charlie at Lake Keowee cdjr. he found us the perfect car, got us a great price and had us out the door in under an hour!! unbelievable....6/5 stars would definitely recommend. thanks again, charlie!

Service department really is horrible. My husband and I both have bought ram trucks and got decent deals, but everytime we have brought one of our vehicles in it has been a hassle. Takes forever, even with an appointment. They’ve lied to us about when the vehicles will be done or worked on and lost our keys on one occasion. Took 3 appointments and 6 hours to get a recall fixed on our 2500. They really need to do something about this, it’s been going on for over two years.

Just bought a 2017 brand new dodge Cummins. Transmission is fried at 190 miles. It left us stranded with a 1 year old on the side of the road the second day we had it. Everybody keeps giving me the run around and won’t own up to it.
