What a beautiful setting! The inn felt like classic old world elegance. As soon as we walked in, we felt like we had stepped back in time, in a good way. The view was beautiful. The entire experience was a delight! Rooms are very clean and we were lucky to be facing the lake! The breakfast is delicious . The new outdoor stage and large fire pit under the tent are a big hit also.
Such a great place for lunch or dinner! First, the corned beef spring rolls are amazing!! I could eat just these for a meal. However, today I had the French Dip sandwich. The roll was soft and fresh, the meat was tender and delicious and the caramelized onions are a nice touch! Fresh cut fries are great - salty and hot! The staff is very friendly - nice pub atmosphere and enough on the menu for everyone to choose from. If you can sit on the deck and enjoy the lake view dining! We returned home for a family gathering and it got late and we needed to stay. We didn't want to put family out and decided to call the Lake House Inn. It was late but, this place never lets us down and we are so glad you are here in this town. We got our room and we were helped by Karina in housekeeping in the morning as we traveled lite.She could not have been more friendly and helpful, I gave her a hug! Still feels like there's No Place But HOME!

Absolutely loved it for a music venue beautiful beautiful everyone was amazing ... the only thing would have been nice to have porta potty down below .... so awesome you Can have your own fire pit outside bar and beautiful view
Service was terrible. We were overcharged for the entrees. Never served bread and salad. And our credit car was left on the bar where we found it! It was not crowded and yet we waited an hour for our meal. We got more attention from the band that was playing than we did from the wait staff
We loved the lake and using the kayaks. Extremely beautiful and relaxing. That with good company made the night a great one.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered more options than expected.
Our room was clean had much more than we were expecting for a small town hotel. We will certainly stay here again. In the morning the breakfast was decent. Lots of choices. Chris the owner was extremely friendly at check in and made us feel welcomed. All of the staff had an upbeat attitude and definitely made us feel comfortable. Thanks so much, we'll be back.
