We stayed in Richfield Springs yesterday and enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Lake House restaurant. The food was good and the service was wonderful. We also stayed at the Baseball Hotel in the village and I would give it 5 stars. It was clean and adequate with a full breakfast in the morning.

Great lake view, friendly service. Clams casino fresh and delicious. Lobster roll with apple slaw delicious!! Beautiful California Cobb salad delicious and beautiful. But the Molten Chocolate cake was to die for. They do a very nice job.
Good food & friendly service! So good on the first visit, we tried a second lunch after going to the Hall of Fame, and it was on point, again!
Came into town for the Cherry Valley Outdoor Games and was fortunate to stay at the Lake House Lodge. This was my first time to this part of New York and I was not disappointed! The property is gorgeous, amazing vistas to the lake, patient and helpful staff and a clean, comfortable, most importantly QUIET room to retire to at the end of a long day. I look forward to coming back next year, you're a top notch outfit.
Horrible service. Waitress said they didn't have a drink but then served it to another table off the drink menu. We ordered that drink and with it the waitress said there kitchen is out of stock with food and our food could take longer then a half hour before they even start cooking it. Asked for a refund on the drink since we didn't touch it. Argued at first then agreed. Ended up paying for one soda. Thanks for the free bread. It's a shame such a nice place with a different menu. Could be a gold mine if ran properly.
