Great food, good view, people where very friendly.
Wonderful Valentines Day Dinner. Great service and a Prime Rib cooked perfectly.
Went to the Lakehouse last evening for dinner and was pleasantly surprised, chef Danielle from Hell's Kitchen was there and cooked for us. The food was excellent and she came out to check on us and she was very personable and down to earth. We hope that she will return.
We are so pleased with our hotel near Cooperstown for a short stay this fall. The privacy, and the beautiful natural surroundings make this a perfect place for a couple, and it's only a few miles to Cooperstown. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The room was larger than I anticipated and we had more than enough room for my husband and I. We had dinner at the restaurant by the fireplace and had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again.

I love the community feel of this place, and the cozy, historic ambience. It isn't inexpensive but the quality and pairings are well worth the cost. I would highly recommend the maple jack cocktail served with locally made maple syrup infused brandy, a slice of pear, and specs of real vanilla bean.
