As a family of 6 we were accommodated very nicely in one of the suites. Hard to find at this price point with breakfast included! Definitely recommend. We elected to stay outside of Cooperstown for our trip to avoid crowds, etc. and chose the Lake House Townhouses for our stay. Everything from the manager, Christine and "her girls" at the front desk, to the accommodations was first-class. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date. If ever in the area again, will definitely stay at the Townhouses.
The Inn is beautiful and the innkeepers are wonderful and very helpful. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing as always. The room was pristine. I would highly recommend this place. Beautiful old hotel in the lovely village of Richfield Springs NY..
A Friend of ours has been going there over 25 years, invited us up as their guest this year reserved our own Cabin for the next season and this will be our 4th and not our last season , just a great time with family and friends, and each year you leave with more friends,so much to do for everyone just at the lake not to mention going into Cooperstown. This place is great, and I highly recommend it.
We were a party of eight. Service was excellent. Food was great. We will come me back.

We were pleasantly surprised after having read many of the recent reviews. Four of us went to dinner and the service was great, the appetizer platter wonderful and we had more than enough food to eat for the price. We were in and out in about an hour, although we didn't have dessert since we were so full! The only reason we don't give it a five star is the cats roaming around. Not a fan of animals in a public restaurant.
My family was there for lunch on Sunday 9/17/17 and the service was beyond horrible, after 1 hour 30 minutes my family walked after never being served there food but watching other tables being served and no one even checking on them or offering them bread etc. I would NOT recommend this place .
Food was ok, atmosphere awesome, the service people where very nice, the view great, the only reason I gave it a four was I felt the price was a little high for what we got for lunch.
