Recommended"Food was excellent, they are trying to be a little upscale with the food and service." The best dining area is outside and they have a spectacular view of Lake Canadarago. One of the best meals we have had in Cooperstown area so far. Awesome view, great service and steaks were delicious. I highly recommend the banana bread for dessert! Concerts are a plus on the stage next to the lake starting June 7 .

RecommendedThis is a beautiful property right on Canadarago Lake. Our cabin had been recently updated and decorated in a very country way. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They have an area on the lake to dock your boat, relax under the shade of a big tree, and eat at the restaurant and swim in the lake.

I stayed here with my family for 1 night. It was such a relaxing and special place. This Lake House was built in 1843 what history and charm. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Had dinner at the restaurant also it was so delicious. Had the scallops and the steak crostini it was all so fresh and tasty. Had a few drinks while watching the sunset and feeling the fresh breeze by the lake. Couldn't of asked for a more perfect stay.
