Great sales team and clean facilities. I was welcomed and treated nicely when I ask to test drive the new 2015 250 Transit van. Mr. Chris Eller was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions about the van. I had shopped around and knew what options I wanted and what price range I wanted to pay. getting tires serviced; came out with a new car I received 2 new tires (2 tires had objects protruding from them). The driver side door panel is loose from the construction of the door (equipment may have been used to unlock the door from the outside and damage the door panel). I would recommend Ms. Ramirez to a friend; the dealer/customer relationship was genuine and not the annoying salesperson tactics.
