Customer Staff very helpful. Loretta always takes care of me and does a great job.
State Inspection/Car wash While the service part of my experience was great, the complimentary car wash was a waste of time. I waited an additional 40 minutes for a car cleaning job that I thought was substandard. Wheels were dirty, dust/dirt still on body, finger prints and smudges on windows, and carpet not completely vacuumed. I know that its just suppose to be a "complimentary cleaning" but if a person waits for that long, it should be a lot better.
Awesome Experience! This is our 3rd vehicle with your dealership! We will always return when we need a vehicle and we always tell people to go to this particular location. Our experience has always been above standards. We feel very welcomed no matter what we come in for and that is why we will always support your location.

Great experience. I have purchase several vehicles in my sixty three years. This is the first time I have entered into a dealership to purchase a vehicle and drove out the front door with my new car in about three hours. Mr Kim Thompkins is more than just a great sales person with a worm personality, he is someone that made our new car purchase experience enjoyable. My wife and I would like to say thanks to Kim again.

My 2015 Ford Escape Kim Thompkins is an exceptional salesperson, and all his co-worker's are awesome, ad they availed themselves to help Kim as much ad possible. The Finance Manager Bobby too wad phenomenal doing everything he could to get me were I needed to be on the financing. I went to get my Fusion (which I loved) inspected, and while waiting I was looking at vehicles. Then Kim walked up from behind asking if he could help me. Exceptional Service Purchased Fiesta 2 years ago and have had nothing but excellent service in the Quicklane for regular maintenance. The Service Department has been exceptional as well when bringing in the car for transmission warranty work. I was provided top notch vehicles to drive while my car was being repaired.
