Service Department The experience was good because of the helpful and friendly customer service staff. The experience was not so good because I have returned my vehicle to the service department on multiple occasions for the exact same issue.
My 2014 F150! It was very pleasurable dealing everyone there. The staff was very friendly to which made me and my daughter feel welcomed. My sales associate was Charles Cass and he has answered numerous emails questions and he has followed up with me in a timely manner. I got lucky and purchased a 2014 F150 extended cab.

My experience with Lafayette Ford Marie was waiting for us when we arrived. She started on our paper work right away. Even though my husband was unable to be there, she took all of his information from me. She got us into finance and they got all of our paper work done. I signed the papers. We took the car and picked up my husband from the rehab center the following morning. Went back to ford where my husband signed his paper work and we were done. Great People and Service I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat from Lafayette. They traded with another dealer for the exact vehicle I wanted, and were very helpful in the negotiations. They even agreed to add accessories and to deliver it to me 2 hours away. I got a very fair deal from them and everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lafayette to anyone considering a Ford.

Great Customer Service Leased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ, love my car, worked with Annette Bunce she was very friendly and helpful. She encouraged me to test drive both models hybrid and eco boost, mind you it was a rainy day but she made me feel like the sun was shinning, I was on a budget and she never seemed impatient with me as we searched for the right car in my price range, unfortunately the car color and features I wanted was not on the lot so she personally delivered it to my driveway (yes my home) once it arrived. Great customer service Every time I have come to the dealership I am greeted by courteous people. There is never a rush to move me away just to get to the next client. I appreciate the quick service and free car washes. It is the little extras that make me continue to come back.
