Great service I bought my F150 a week ago and honestly didn't think I could afford a new truck when I went there. Taylor Shackleford was my salesman and he was great. Really straight forward and did everything to get me into a truck I loved.
Great Customer Service Everything was great concerning the service. The only thing I would want to bring to your attention is it took me 4 phone calls to actually make my appointment. It seemed to be a issue with routing the call to the right department. I would then have to explain my issue to be transferred to Quick Lane.This was frustrating and if I didn't have a gift certificate,I probably would have just made a appointment somewhere else. Mrs. Sherry was awesome and the technician was very nice that worked on my car.
Honest faces bring happy customers I had a wonderful experience buying my Ford Fusion from Lafayette Ford. I am so glad I made my first stop at Lafayette Ford. I enjoyed my visit which helped me to decide on my next car. I am very please with the Staff. I left with a complete clear mind that I would be able to handle my payments each month and not have any worries. Thanks to the Finance Department and also to the great Sales person who help me tremendously.

Great, quality service fast Michele Revels is the BEST Service Advisor I have ever had. She kept me informed throughout the day on the status of my truck and made me feel like a priority. Tess Houston had my loaner all written up and I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Great service, fast service and always with a smile!!
