TSB Repair completed Came in to have a TSB repair that was completed in 2hrs.
100,000 mile service I was satisfied overall, however, I was the first one to be serviced (0730), and I waited over 3 and 1/2 hours for my service to be completed. If I had been told that the service would take that long I would have taken the shuttle home.

Great service The Quick Lane Service was changing oil and other services noticed the coolant was low in reservoir Checked for leaks and found a default in water pump. Was a warranty item saving me possible breakdown and was on weekend so they put me in a rental car. Thank you Lafayette Ford Quick Lane!!
