James Melvin Service was great James helped me with my Edge. He went above to make sure everything was handled for me, I will be back and will tell all my friends to go there also.
Excellent Service Departent! I enjoy the friendly staff at this dealership. The service on our 2012 Ford Van is always excellent and we receive great treatment while we wait for services to be completed. The coffee is a great idea and the waiting area is comfortable. All in all, this dealership is a win-win for our busy family. We look forward to more service visits in 2015.

miracle I asked Mr Johnnie ( butch ) for a miracle and he made it happen. I had a 2012 f 250 with 211,000 miles upside down needing a new one. Where everyone else turn me away he was more than willing to help me out. And now I have a new 2015 f350 Thank you so much Johnnie Gautier
