Robert Williamson The service was great! I called eariler in the day to inquire about getting a quick service. The lady explained to me that they had a few vehicles in front of me. She also told me if I came in after 1600 my wait would be one to one and half hour.
routine service I purchased a F150 pickup in Nov 2013. I thought balancing of tires and tire repalcement was included in my maintenance package. I was mistaken. I was disappointed that the previous finance manager led me to believe the tire replacement was included. I should have read the agreement closer when I purchased the vehcile.
