Excellent service We recently purchased an F-150 from LaFayette Ford! We were extremely pleased with our service and love our new truck! Works Service I had my 2012 f150 king ranch serviced and purchased the works package. everything was fine except the wait time and I wanted synthetic oil. I was charged full retail price for the synthetic oil instead of the difference in price difference between the regular oil and the synthetic. this changed my bill from $35.00 to $86.00, a little unreasonable, i think
What you want when comes to service!! Sent David an email on a truck that I was interested in and he jumped all over it!! I didnt end up buying that particular truck but David found me a truck that fit my every need. I appreciate his effort!! In addition the finance department was very helpful and efficient with all my paperwork!!
