Great, speedy service While having new tires installed I was told by Sears that they would not change my oil because my oil plug was stripped. I called Lafayette for help. They told me to bring my truck over immediately and they would check the plug. They changed my oil and installed a new plug in less than 45 minutes. Absolute lifesavers!
Serivce at Ford I got their at 8am and was gone 40 minutes later. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, inspected, brakes inspected, fluid topped off. Thanks!
Mr. Darrald Wells ... I guess this is a title?? Ford Fusion. Quick lanes for oil change. Also wheel alignment was adjusted. Great service. In and out.

Well done Ordered 2015 mustang in late may, changed an option and was able to have it reordered in early June. My only negatives of the process were the 5+ month wait for the car and the inability to track the vehicle once it went in transit.

great service department Brought my 2011 Mustang GT in for an oil change and inspection. Noticed that there was potentially a balancing issue with my tires as well. The technicians handled everything very professionally and were happy to explain any questions I had.
