Great service but damage done to front bumper. I took my Navagator in for servicing the stero, the fuse would blow when replacing with new fuse. The service dept fixed the problem, but when the vehicle was washed my front plate cover was damaged/ ruined. I did not call to complain but care should be taken during the washing of the vehicle. Don Price and Mark Fisher are always there! I was trading in my Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, and went to Lafayette Ford in fayetteville for the fourth time. Once again Mr. Don Price, Mr Mark Fisher,and GM Rusty Hinton helped me find a wonderful new car. My Lincoln was gently used, but was a certified used car. That fact, paired with years of tremendous personal service I have gotten from LaFayette Ford, gave me the confidence I needed to make a quick decision. ford fusion 2013 fusion service was fine the mechanic felt nothing was wrong with the car but it was something wrong which was corrected

Great Service - Oil Change Service was excellent. Came in for first oil change on new truck. Upon arrival, service personnel very helpful and courteous. Was in and out less than one hour. Very satisfied on this visit.

When I took it in to the service department, Loretta, a service manager, took great care to make sure that I would have what I needed to have my vehicle repaired and vehicle to drive.
